Inside 8x10 and 8x20 Foyer Booths, you will receive pipe and drape, essential signage, one table, and two chairs (not included in bulk space). You, the exhibitor, will need to provide all other items pertaining to your booth setup.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
8x10 and 8x20 - 50% September 1. Balance Oct 1.
Bulk space quarterly payments. Aug 1. Sep. 1. Oct. 1 Nov 1.

By Signing/Submitting, on behalf of the company named above (“Exhibitor”), hereby applies for the reservation of exhibit space in the NWA Boat and Outdoor Expo 2024. Exhibitor has read and agrees to abide by the “Vendor Terms And Conditions,” are made a part of this Agreement by reference and incorporated herein. We understand that this Agreement shall be legally binding upon acceptance by a duly appointed Venture23 Events, LLC representative.
